Dear Nintendo, why is this happening? Why is this person stepping on Toad?

This video of a person stepping on a cardboard green Toad, Toad bending upward in apparent ecstasy over and over again, grunting out happy little noises as the foot presses against what can only be described as his groin region, is unsettling, to say the least.
This green Toad is the mascot of Nintendo's Line account — Line being a popular messaging and social media app in Japan — and he seems to have found joy in this new cardboard form.

Made with the purest intentions, I'm sure, it unfortunately looks like an example of Toad enjoying some foot fetish action. Or perhaps he has a crush/trample fetish. Either way, he's loving this foot pressing down on him.
We really don't know how Toad sexuality works, or even what their genitals look like (if they exist). This may be how all Toads get off, as far as we know. All we know for sure is that something freaky is going on here.
Look at those hands, crossed behind his giant mushroom head. Toad is loving this. He can't get enough.
It's a good thing the video cuts off when it does.
