Spotify unveils 'Barbie' Easter egg

Spotify updated its exclusive BarbieOfficial Playlist and added an Easter egg for listeners looking for another way to celebrate the highly-anticipated film's release.

Now when you put on the playlist to rock out to the star-studded soundtrack featuring Billie Eilish and FIFTY FIFTY, the progress bar will turn Barbiepink.

The streaming giant joins dozens of brands getting their hands in the Barbie cookie jar, but this crossover most closely resembles the Easter egg Google unveiled Monday (July 17). When you Google Barbie's director, Greta Gerwig or the stars of the film, Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, your search results page turns light pink and explodes with vibrant pink sparkles.

Mark Ronson, the executive producer of the Barbie soundtrack, curated the Barbie official playlist, which features songs from the soundtrack and inspired by the film. May you listen to "Dance The Night" and enjoy allthe pink.
