Hillary Clinton has called Donald Trump to concede the election, according to NBC.
Not long before that, shortly after 2 a.m. ET on Wednesday, November 9, 2016, Hillary Clinton's campaign chair John Podesta took to the stage at New York City's Javits Center and said the world wouldn't be hearing from Hillary Clinton on Tuesday night.

Podesta added, "We'll have more to say tomorrow."
The last time a presidential candidate waited until the day after the election to concede was in 2004, when John Kerry, the Democratic nominee, conceded the race around noon on Wednesday, November 3, 2004.
