Like many people, I picked up a new hobby in 2020. I bought a pie-making kit from a local pie shop, and since then, my fridge has been full of butter sticks. I was strictly using a hand mixer up until last month when I acquired my grandma's old KitchenAid stand mixer. So far, I've only made a batch of pumpkin bread in it, but I can already tell you I'm not going back to manual mixing. You could cheap out and opt for a more budget-friendly brand, but I've tried non-KitchenAid stand mixers and this is one area I'll tell you is worth the splurge. I personally use the Hamilton Beach mixer with the easy-clean beaters, but if you want a professional-grade hand mixer, this Prime Day deal is a good one to snag. It's much cheaper than a KitchenAid stand mixer and is super versatile to aid in making cookie dough, cake batter, whipped cream, mashed potatoes, or even shredding chicken.
