Ivanka Trump has, as of this article's publication, maintained her public silence regarding the obscene remarks from her father that are currently dominating headlines. But she did tweet about broccoli pizza shortly after the blockbuster news broke.
In 2005 video released Friday by the Washington Post, Donald Trump is caught on a hot mic describing his attempt to have sex with a married woman, then speaking lewdly about the sexual power his celebrity lends him.

The Postreleased the footage around 4 p.m. EST. At 5:38 p.m., Ivanka Trump tweeted the following to accompany an article ("Fast, Healthy Fall Dinners") posted on her website, IvankaTrump.com.

It is possible that the tweet was pre-scheduled and that Ivanka herself did not deem this tweet appropriate while thousands were listening to her father say "grab her by the pussy." In fact, the account doubles as a social tool for IvankaTrump.com, so this is a fairly likely scenario.
Still, the internet noticed, particularly because Ivanka has consistently pitched her father as a pro-woman candidate.

In the past, Ivanka has defended her father against assault allegations, including those detailed in a May article in the New York Times. Soon after the article was published, she told CBS This Morning that her father was "not a groper."
"It's not who he is. I've known my father obviously my whole life, and he has total respect for women," she said at the time.

Donald Trump, Jr. and Eric Trump, who also campaign frequently for their father, have also remained silent on the leaked audio since its release. Trump Jr. has, however, retweeted several tweets regarding WikiLeaks' recent release of several transcripts and emails pertaining to Hillary Clinton.
